BabySam retail app
This project centered around reimagining the BabySam shopping experience in the form of a mobile app. The app I developed focuses on delivering a streamlined and user-friendly shopping experience while ensuring easy access to the BabySam Club Card.
Furthermore, my concept introduces an exciting AR feature for planning the baby's room. Users can effortlessly visualize and personalize their little one's space by virtually placing furniture, décor, and accessories through the app.
Moreover, users can stay updated and engaged with the latest parenting events by conveniently signing up through the BabySam app.
With the BabySam app, creating the perfect nursery and staying connected to valuable events is just a tap away, making the journey into parenthood even more delightful and stress-free.

Reflecting on this project, it's fascinating how working on a topic that initially held no personal interest or prior knowledge can lead to unexpected discoveries and growth. As someone who isn't particularly drawn to the world of babies and parenting, embarking on the journey of reimagining the BabySam shopping experience was a novel and enriching experience.
Throughout the process, I found myself challenged to understand the nuances of the target audience's needs and preferences. It required me to step out of my comfort zone and immerse myself in a domain I hadn't explored before. While initially daunting, this unfamiliar territory proved to be fertile ground for learning and innovation.
One of the highlights of this project was delving into the realm of Augmented Reality (AR). As someone with limited exposure to AR technology beforehand, I was fascinated by its potential applications in enhancing user experience, particularly in the context of visualizing and personalizing the baby's room. Learning about AR and its integration into the app was a rewarding experience that broadened my skill set and perspective.
Moreover, crafting a user-friendly shopping experience and incorporating features like easy access to the BabySam Club Card and event sign-ups challenged me to think creatively and empathetically about the needs of the app's users.
In the end, despite my initial reservations about the topic, working on the BabySam project proved to be both enriching and rewarding. It reinforced the idea that stepping outside of one's comfort zone can lead to unexpected discoveries and personal growth. It's a reminder of the value of embracing new challenges and approaching them with an open mind and willingness to learn.
